Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Work from home

Job Type: Contract

Location: Work from home

Salary: £11.41 per hour x 36.15 hour per week

Start date: Monday 27th September 2021

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the business, and will possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This is a complex and varied role, providing a great opportunity for anyone looking to enhance their customer service skills further.

As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


* Working on Customers Cases
* Taking inbound calls in relation to previously bough products
* Ensuring Customers queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
* Resoling issues, and updating customers throughout the process
* Making out bound calls to customer to update them on their current Situation
* Adhering to strict guidelines


What you will need:

* Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to empathise with the customer
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ideally phone-based customer service experience
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership over each customer query
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* A passion for customer service
* Excellent team player
