Do you have a passion for customer service? Do you want to work for a successful, national health care organisation? I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a long standing health care organisation in the outskirts of York City Centre.

Salary: £19,5000 plus quarterly commission
Hours: Monday-Friday between 8am and 8pm

What will you be doing?

* Dealing with enquiries regarding a range of different services which the organisation has to offer
* Confidently leading members through the services
* Providing customers with the best possible outcome for their enquiry

Essential skills:

* Exceptional communication skills
* A passion for customer service
* Proven experience working in a customer facing environment (telephony experience is desirable but not essential)
* The ability to remain professional and resilient at all times
* An excellent telephone manner
* The ability to show empathy with customers and confidently deal with sensitive calls
* Enthusiasm
* The ability to adapt to different situations
