We are looking for a customer service advisor to join a global electronics based in Leeds. The role is based from home for the next couple of months and then will move to a blend of home and office working - so you get the best of both worlds!
The company offers best in class training and you don't need any experience to apply! Just a friendly telephone manner and a willingness to learn.
The role is supporting customers with their recent electrical purchases. Maybe it's making a strange noise or there's an unusual light flashing - whatever the fault, you'll have the answer and will be able to help them get back on track.
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm during training and then you will work 5 days out of 7 between 8am-10pm ( will include some weekend work).
This role offers a permanent contract from day 1 and a salary of £18,525 raising to £19,461 after probation.
