Our client is an award-winning specialist and are experts in providing equipment to the healthcare sector, they are committed to providing outstanding service to every customer, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with Sage 200 experience or similar.

As a Customer Service advisor your duties will include providing first class customer service via the telephone and email. Acting as a first point of contact for customers, taking enquires and taking orders over the phone. You will need to have experience using SAGE 200 or similar SAP systems where you have previously processed orders.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will need:

- Previous telephone customer service experience
- Experience in taking orders and processing orders
- Good knowledge of Sage 200 or similar
- Flexible work attitude and reliable work history
- Self-motivated and committed to providing an excellent service
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills

In order to succeed you will have excellent customer service skills and previous experience using SAGE 200 or a similar system.

Salary £9.15 rising to £9.94 per hour after 12 weeks - company bonus also available

Hours - 37.5 hours
Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 5.30pm (flexible)
