I am currently recruiting for remote Customer Service Advisors. Due to the role being 100% home based, applicants can live anywhere in the UK.

Start date: 10th May
Hourly rate: £9
Hours: 40 hours per week (8am-8pm Monday-Sunday)

Fixed term contract for 3 months.

* You must have your own laptop or PC with Windows 8 or above (webcam must be included)
* You must have a broadband speed of 10mb per second download, 4mbps upload
* Your PC or laptop must be connected to a router via an Ethernet cable (wifi is not suitable)
* You must have a smart phone in order to access internal systems
* You must have a headset or a noise cancelling headset

Essential skills:
* Proven experience working within a customer service setting
* The ability to empathise with customers
* The ability to work under pressure and manage your workload effectively
* Phone based customer service is desired but not essential
* Good problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
