Customer Service Advisors
Duration of assignment: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £9.50 - £10.50 per hour

Training:
* Week 1 at home Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
* Week 2 - 5 in the office Wednesday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 1pm

Shifts: Monday/Tuesday/Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 1pm

You will work the 1st week at home, then 4 weeks in office then back home.

What you'll need as a Customer Service Representative is:

Ideally you'll have previous telephone based customer service experience, but if you've worked in retail or hospitality, or in any customer-facing job, that works for us too!

What's important is that you have customer service super powers; being able to talk to customers, take ownership of situations and get a kick out of delivering an exceptional service.
