The role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be joining an inclusive and extremely welcoming team. The owner of the company really believes in happy staff, happy clients. Your working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5.30 and Fridays 8.30 - 4.15. So, no weekend work is ever required to allow you to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

You'll need to be a great communicator who can relate to customers and provide solutions for them. As such, you may have previous experience in customer service or as a sales assistant, although it's not vital. What's most important is that you bring energy and enthusiasm to the role every day. A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is beneficial.

As the Customer Service Representative you'll be taking inbound calls /emails from customers dealing with a wide range of enquiries, ensuring that the customer's query is resolved the first time. You'll take ownership of the call from start to finish. Our clients inclusive customer service team will make you feel very welcome; they're a social bunch! They'll ensure you will be trained to deliver a customer service that is consistent, friendly and reliable so that their customers feel valued, understood and listened to
