Do you have great customer service skills and looking for an opportunity to work in an award winning call centre?

I'm working with a fashion online retailer & High Street brand who is looking for new team members have a flair for fashion and are great communicators.

With great communication skills and a strong customer service skills, you'll need to be passionate, committed and flexible, and want to excel in an environment that is fast paced, challenging as well as rewarding.

What's required?

You'll be providing outstanding customer service via multiple channels (phone, email, webchat)- a proven record in customer service is essential- whether that be in a call centre, retail store or hospitality

Manage your own workload to make sure your KPI and response targets are met- being able to prioritise and multi-task is important.

Working with others- teamwork and collaboration are required to ensure customer issues are solved promptly.

Resolving and escalating complaints within compliance, industry and legislative frameworks- a keen eye for detail is a must.

Flexibility of a 39 hour working week- including early starts, evenings and weekends.
