Amazon Customer Service Advisor

Edinburgh City Centre

Our client, Amazon is looking for talented and innovative customer service champions for a 4 to 6 month contract in their Call Centre based at Waverly Gait.

The role

Provide prompt, efficient, solutions-focused service so that your customers are 100% satisfied by using the resources, policies and procedures available to you.

Take pride in your role and the brand you represent, and love communicating with customers on the phone, email or virtual chat.

You will utilise a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions.

Work in a dress down, fun environment with lots of incentive days such as pizza days, best dressed teams at Halloween, excellent Christmas raffle where you can win massive prizes such as Tablet, Xboxes, TVs etc. And it's 100% Inbound, no sales!

The fine print

Shift Pattern: minimum 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rotational basis, this includes weekends. You should be flexible to work between the hours of 7am and 9pm (subject to change during peak). Pay Rate: £8.50 per hour with the possibility of overtime.
