Customer Service - Redhill - Shift work
Even within this global pandemic my client hasn't seen a drop in business. They are just as busy than ever and need extra support to help them deal with the customers enquiries that they have coming in. As part of a customer service team you will be working to support all customer enquiries both over the phone or via email. You will be happy to work a shift pattern covering late shifts till 9pm. Based in Redhill my client are observing social distancing for those in the office although many teams are still working from home the C/S team are office based.
Duties for the role
* First point of contact for all customers
* Helping deal with system errors as well as their queries
* Updating internal systems with log of each call of what has happened and what needs to be done next
* All administrative work included in each case
