As a Customer Service Advisor for our inclusive and collaborative client, you will be expected to arrive highly motivated every day, looking to make a difference in people's lives by delivering outstanding customer service.
This Customer Service role will involve taking inbound calls, making outbound calls where required, and communicating on email and in webchat.
As most communication is done via phone, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner. Earning up to £21,500 you'll be based in Manchester or live within a commutable distance.
