Customer Service Collections Advisor
Bradford - Bingley
£16,000 - £18,000 DOE
Hours: Shifts between 8am - 8pm (approx.. 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 1pm) (35 hours a week)

As a Customer Service Collections Advisor you will be dealing with inbound customer service queries and you will be the first point of contact or all customers. To be successful in this Customer Service Collections role we are looking for candidates with collections experience, call centre experience, retail or hospitality experience, we are open on experience as you will receive 6 weeks worth of training.

Customer Service Collections Advisor Duties:

* Acting as the first point of contact for all customers
* Answering inbound calls professionally
* Dealing with customer queries efficiently
* Completing income and expenditure forms
* Negotiating payment plans for customers
* Responding to customers email queries
* Build rapport & reaching the best solution for each customer
