Life as a Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be taking a large amount of NHS 111 inbound calls from customers who are worrying about the Coronavirus. You will be asking them a series of questions and providing them with the best advise I.E what to do next
Every call will be different and you'll take high volumes of calls every day. This means that the time flies, but it's up to you to ensure that each customer is given a 5* service and that their queries are rectified and resolved.
You'll work 40 hours per week, shift patterns between 7am and 11pm Mon to Sunday fully flexible.
What you'll need as a Customer Service Advisor
Whether or not you have customer service experience, we'd like to hear from people who can deliver a friendly and professional service. You'll be a 'people person' who's happy to help. Your personality is far more important than your previous experience.
