In the light of recent concerns in public health, there is an increased demand to support people with information and advice.

As a result we are looking for customer service advisors who will play their part in supporting people who need guidance and advice. A big part of this customer service role will involve providing people with the advice and reassurance that they need and then advising them of what to do next.

You'll need to be up for a challenge and play your part in taking high volumes of daily calls. It's busy, but it means the time flies by quickly!

You'll work 40 hours per week, shift patterns between 7am and 11pm Mon to Sunday and you will need to be fully flexible to work during these hours.
