We are looking for customer service advisor's working in a modern call centre in Airdrie. You will be joining a fast paced contact centre, handling inbound calls from customers.
Call volumes are high, but it will be your job as an exceptional customer service advisor to take control of calls and signpost people to the relevant online information.
Full training will be given and you will be supported from day one. You'll be working from a city centre location which is easily accessible and will be able to benefit from weekly pay.
There are both day and night shifts available, so something to suit everyone.
What we're looking for:
You'll need to be a wonderful, natural listener and communicator, the kind of person who can empathise with a customer, understand what they want and work out what to do next. You may have previous experience in retail, customer experience or as a sales assistant, although it's not essential.
