What you'll be doing:

As a Customer Service Advisor we are looking for an individual who is tech savvy, motivated, passionate and organised. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

To provide support to our clients in relation to system

Promoting and demonstrating our technology

Liaise with internal departments

Handling inbound calls in a professional and timely manner

For the position of Customer Service Advisor we are looking for the following experience:

Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service over the phone

Excellent IT skills and effective use of technology to resolve queries

Experience financial services desirable but not essential
