Our award-winning client is an airport parking and hotel provider in Copthorne, Crawley. They're looking to recruit a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and inclusive Contact Department. This Customer Service Advisor role comes with an attractive salary of £19,219 alongside numerous benefits. You will be working in shifts, 8 am -7 pm Monday and Tuesday, 8 am-6 pm Wednesday to Friday, and 9 am-1 pm on a Saturday ( One in Four Saturdays) .
The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor will be to receive inbound calls from customers looking to book their travel extras as well as dealing with a variety of customer service calls. You will also be required to send emails and make some outbound calls to their suppliers and customers. You are expected to increase average transaction value of each call by selling and providing additional benefits to their customers. You will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the buying experience.
Your other duties include assisting the Team Leader in the smooth running of the call department, efficient handling of daily administration duties, and providing support to various departments. You'll will have customer service experience and be able to handle customer enquiries and deft in resolving complaints.
Your core Customer Service Advisor skills will include:
