Shifts: between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday and working 1 in 8 Saturdays
Full time: 36.25 hours per week

The Customer Service Representative
Being their first point of contact, you'll make customers feel valued with an exceptional customer experience. Often calls can be challenging and customers may be impatient, but you will always maintain a friendly and professional manner to provide the best resolution to their query.
You will represent the company as a brand ambassador, taking ownership of customer queries and efficiently solving complaints or problems across a wide range of platforms including telephone, email, chat and social media.
What you'll need as a Customer Service Representative
Ideally you'll have previous telephone based customer service experience, but if you've worked in retail or hospitality, or in any customer-facing job, we would love to hear from you too!
