What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Service Advisor we are looking for an individual who is tech savvy, motivated, passionate and organised.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:-
* To provide support to our clients in relation to systems
* Promoting and demonstrating our technology
* Liaise with internal departments
* Handling inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
For the position of Customer Service Advisor we are looking for the following experience:
* Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service over the phone
* Excellent IT skills and effective use of technology to resolve queries
* Experience financial services desirable but not essential
