Job Salary: up to £20k, plus bonus

You don't need Contact Centre experience but you must be motivated and really eager to build a career in Customer Service!

The package for the position of Customer Service Advisor is:
Up to £20k per annum plus bonus
33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising with length of service

As a Customer Service Advisor we are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
As this role is predominantly phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming calls
Acting as a first point of contact for the our valued customers
Providing excellent customer service at all times
General administration duties
