Customer Service Representative OR Complaint Handling

Salary: £9.22 - £9.48 an hour, depending upon experience

Start dates: ASAP for the next 3 months, possibly longer or perm

Shifts are working - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Bank holidays - 8am -12pm on Christmas Eve, 8am - 4pm on New Year's eve and then closed Xmas Day/ Boxing Day/ New Year's Day. All other days are 9-5 working days

As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all queries via phone, e-mail, webchat and social media
  • Making outbound calls following up on enquiries about availability
  • Providing a world class customer service over the telephone
  • Dealing with queries and complaints
  • Working to team and individual targets
  • Logging all information accurately on the in-house system

  • Previous experience of delivering exceptional customer service
