Customer Service Advisor
Monday - Friday office hours
I am recruiting for a fantastic role for a Customer Service Advisor working for a successful business based just outside Leeds city centre. Due to exceptional growth they are looking to recruit additional Customer Service Advisors to work within their team.
In this role you will make and receive around 60 calls a day and promote a "first time fix", resolve invoice queries, order new services and additional supplies for clients. The main aim of this role is to deliver excellent service and aim to resolve each query at the first point of contact.
Your clients will include Doctors, Vets and Dentists amongst others, therefore it is essential you will be highly professional with the ability to manage and develop existing and prospective accounts. A minimum of 12 month experience within a telephone based role is essential.
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
The location for this role is easily accessible by public transport & also has free parking on site.
