Customer Service Advisor - Wirral

A great opportunity for a customer service advisor working for a specialist out sourcing business based in Bromborough. The position is full time temporary for 3 weeks initially, but may be extended due to business needs. The main purpose of the role is to take inbound calls from customers and transfer their calls to the correct department.

The details:

* 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 between Monday to Saturday
* Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm
* £8.54 per hour
* Every Sunday off
* Temporary until end of the year with potential extension opportunities
* Weekly Pay
* Start date: 16/12/2019

The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:

* First point of contact dealing with inbound customer queries, aiming for first time resolution on every call
* Provide a first-class customer service taking inbound calls
* Transfer calls to necessary department
* Update call notes

* Previous telephone customer service experience is essential
