What you'll be doing
As a customer service advisor here you'll be working solely on the telephony side of the business, helping customers with their debit card queries and transactions.

What you'll need
Previous customer service experience is ideal however our client will consider school leavers and applicants from alternative industries.
Attitude, behaviours and ability to demonstrate the competencies required in the role are paramount. If you have previous experience of working in a bank or a call centre then all the better.
