The role is varied as well, where you'll be liaising with customers across all channels; inbound and outbound calls, emails and webchat.

What we're looking for:
Customer service will be what you do best. We are looking to bring the very best talent to join us, and for that we are paying a very competitive salary of £26,580.
You'll need to be a wonderful, natural listener and communicator, the kind of person who shows compassion and can empathise with a customer, understand what they want and work out what to do next.
You are likely to have previous experience within a customer service environment and you must love what you do. We need our Customer Service Advisors to 'own' the calls through to first point resolution. What's most important is that you bring energy and enjoyment into work with you every day.
You must be flexible to work a varied 38 hour weekly shift pattern from 8am - 10pm Monday - Friday and weekends 9-5pm (4 x weekly rota basis).
