The role:

As a Customer Service Advisor we are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As this role is phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator. This role is a complex and varied role, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their skills further. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with existing customers to discuss additional services by request
  • Gaining an understanding of their needs through effective questioning
  • Discussing the best option for the customer
  • Delivering a high level of service on every call
  • Meeting all agreed targets and KPI's
  • Great attention to detail
