Customer Service Advisor
My client is a well respected non for profit company operating in the Healthcare sector who have a reputation for staff development and respect.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Advisors to join their membership team. You will be responsible for taking a high volume of inbound calls from the company's members with a range of different queries. On occasions you may also be taking sensitive calls from customers who are enquiring if certain illness is covered within the policy.

As a customer Service Advisor you will work Monday to Friday,either 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm.
To be successful in this role you will need to commit to a 6 week training induction starting on the 7th October and be able to pass a credit check and DBS check.
