The package for the position of Customer Service Advisor is:
* £17,000 - £20,000 per annum
* £250 cash payment after 3 months and another £250 after 9 months

As a Customer Service Advisor you need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The role will involve:
* Answering inbound calls, responding to customer enquiries
* Help customers via, email, internet and other hi-tech communication methods
* Gathering information from customers
* Problem solving
For the position of Customer Service Advisor we are looking for the following experience:
* Customer Service experience in any environment, eg: call centre, retail, hospitality, care, hairdressing, support worker
* Ability to problem solve and take ownership of each customer query
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for customer service
