Calling all Customer Service Advisors!!!
Search is currently looking for customer service advisors to work within a rapidly expanding and fast-paced Customer Service focused environment. You don't need to have had previous customer service experience; just a great work ethic and a willingness to learn. You'll receive great training too, so you'll be sure you know exactly what you're doing when you take your first call.
This is an amazing opportunity for a motivated and committed Customer Service Advisor to join a reputable, successful expanding company with clear opportunities for progression and development. The team operates in a busy environment where the customer comes first in everything they do.
You will work 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, Monday - Sunday between 7 am - 11 pm so flexibility towards your working week will be required.
Main Duties of a Customer Service Advisor
- Handling inbound calls from customers relating to a variety of enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working on a variety of in house systems
- Capturing and inputting customer information
The key skills needed to be a Customer Service Advisor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and telephone manner
- Basic IT skills
- Team player
- Computer literate
- Great work ethic
You must be able to pass a DBS check for this role.
