Responding to incoming enquiries and providing sound and trusted advice, you will be solely responsible for building effective relationships with clients, through appropriate use of questions, clarification and language, to ensure the customer experience is enhanced. This role will ultimately see you identifying potential clients which meet the relevant criteria with the intention of introducing them to specialist panel solicitors.
The ideal candidate will be articulate and professional with the ability to organise and prioritise work efficiently, with a commitment to delivering first class customer service. In order to be considered as an applicant for this vacancy you MUST possess at least one year's customer service experience.
Monday - Thursday: 10am - 6.30pm
Friday: 9.45am - 6pm
The firm's offices are located close to the motorway network and within walking distance of the railway station, making this role an easy commute from Leeds, Wakefield, Sheffield, Bradford, Halifax and Manchester.
