When you're not taking calls, you could find yourself embracing the social side of working here. You could be out of the office supporting the local community, organising the summer party (all free!) or attending one of their onsite boxing training sessions if you have the energy!

What we're looking for

Ideally you will have some previous customer service experience, whether that be in a call centre or even retail or hospitality.

You'll be a natural with customers and relate to them well. They'll feel like they've been listened to and their needs met.

There's some admin involved too, so if you know your way around a keyboard that will help.

Additional info

You will work 40 hours per week. These are flexible but you'll need to be available 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday (5 days over 7).

The training for new starters is Monday Friday 9am-6pm for the first 5 - 8 days in the role. You must be available to attend the full course.
