Customer Service Advisor, Glasgow City Centre, £8.21 per hour

A typical day

Taking calls from customers with a range of different queries, it's your job to help them. Whether they have a quick question about their account or have a problem that needs urgent attention, it's down to you to make that happen.

Every day is different here; there are days when the phone doesn't stop ringing and the time flies, and there are quieter days were you may enjoy some further training or take part in some fun to keep the team spirits up!

What we're looking for

You'll be a natural communicator, the kind of person who enjoys supporting others. You will be able to empathise with customers, identify the best ways to offer support, and deliver the best outcome for them.

Beyond this, you'll be able to demonstrate good typing and administration skills, as well as having previous experience in a retail or customer service environment.

Additional info

You will work 40 hours per week. These are flexible but you'll need to be available 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

The training for new starters is Monday Friday 9am-6pm for the first 5 to 8 days in the role. You must be available to attend the full course.
