Grab yourself a fresh start in customer services and who knows where you'll be in 12 months?

Looking to work for a company where you're valued, where you can make friends and have fun? Where you're rewarded well for hard work, with the possibility of a permanent position or promotion in the future?

What's on offer

The workplace here speaks for itself. It's lively and friendly and they embrace the "work-hard, play-hard" culture.

People are valued and receive industry-leading training that will suit an experienced customer service advisor or even a rookie. Even if you have never worked in a call centre, this is the perfect place to start.

As a company who promote from within, there's genuine opportunities to progress once your foot is in the door.

What to expect

They work with companies all over the world. This means an opportunity to work on behalf of some global brands. Furthermore, you'll gain experience handling a variety of different calls.

Don't expect to be sat twiddling your thumbs. It's busy, but there are two good things about that… the days go quick and there's an incredible buzz around the office all the time.

When you're not taking calls, you could find yourself embracing the social side of working here. You could be out of the office supporting the local community, organising the summer party (all free!) or attending one of their onsite boxing training sessions if you have the energy!

That said, if partying and sports isn't your thing then don't be put off. There's a book club and a great value canteen to chill out in.

What we're looking for

Ideally you will have some previous customer service experience, whether that be in a call centre or even retail or hospitality.

You'll be a natural with customers and relate to them well. They'll feel like they've been listened to and their needs met.

There's some admin involved too, so if you know your way around a keyboard that will help.

Additional info

You will work 40 hours per week. These are flexible but you'll need to be available 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday (5 days over 7).

The training for new starters is Monday Friday 9am-6pm for the first 5 - 8 days in the role. You must be available to attend the full course.

Sound good? Then apply now. We'd love to hear from you and help you find something awesome.

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
