Customer Service Advisor
Hours: 37.5 per week, rotating shift pattern across the hours of 7.45 am and 8.30 pm
Salary: £17,200 - £17,800 plus monthly bonus

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a professional contact centre in Telford, where the job is all about helping people.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
* Talk with customers about a wide range of banking, finance, insurance, utilities and retail products and services.
* Focus on having quality conversations with callers, via inbound and outbound calls
* Work hard to give all customers the best possible experience
* Be professional, understanding and empathetic in the Customer Service job

There is a monthly bonus scheme where you could potentially earn up to £300 a month based on call quality, as well as many other attractive benefits.

The comprehensive training will be for 4 weeks and further support is available for up to 12 weeks - so if you don't have much experience with financial services you will receive plenty of extra help if you need it!
