Customer Service Advisor - Liverpool

  • Salary: £10.98 per hour
  • Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4pm / 10am - 6pm
  • Start Date: Monday 17th June
  • Temporary, 3 months with potential extension

We have an exciting opportunity available to join a well-known company based in Liverpool city centre. We are looking for someone with extensive customer service skills, good IT skills and an excellent telephone manner.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role include:

  • First point of contact for new customers answering general enquiries regarding their accounts
  • Assisting customers with log in enquiries
  • Ensure that customer service levels are met and going the extra mile where possible

Person specification

  • Previous telephone customer service experience is essential
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible approach
  • IT aware
  • A credit check and DBS check will also need to be passed
