The job of the Customer Service Advisor will be to assist in the day-to-day organisation and management of our client's/customers needs
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Speaking to customers via telephone and email
Showing great telephone etiquette and customer care
Building a rapport with customers to establish relationships
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor are:
Conducting fact finds to establish customer requirements
Speaking to existing customers carrying out review calls
Conduct fact find's and income & expenditures
Gathering information from the customer
Determining the best option for the customer
