The Ideal Customer Service Advisor will have the following:-

 A confident outgoing professional wanting to provide the very best
 The ability to be articulate and think on your feet to ensure all situations are dealt with accordingly
 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - exp with live chat would be fantastic
 Organised, methodological and able to prioritise workload Punctual, reliable and a good work ethic.
 Self motivated and Pro-active with a "can do" attitude.


The customer service role will require:-
To be successful for this role you must have previous experience of dealing with all levels of customer service. The ideal candidate with posses a natural ability at problem solving and delivering results - all while ensuring this is done to the highest possible standard. At all times you must communicate in a professional manner and be able to take real ownership of all client queries. You must be able to manage your time and go above and beyond to deliver results.

o Dealing with phone, email and live chat enquiries
o Provide all correspondence in a timely and professional manner
o Fantastic rapport building skills and communication skills
o The drive to gain extensive product knowledge
