Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Job Type: Contract - 3 months, perm for the right candidates

Location: Old Trafford

Salary: £21,505 per annum

Hours of work: 35 hours a week, Monday - Friday, working either 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm


My client is currently looking to add 3 Customer Service Advisors to join their team in order to help with increased business demand!!!

The Job:

To be the first point of contact offering a customer focused 'one stop shop' service in line with agreed policies, procedures and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for the customers by telephone, electronically or writing
  • Dealing with service requests which will be changing from time to time
  • To provide a front of house service at reception on an agreed rota basis
  • Successfully undertake rota based tasks in the back office
  • Update customers on the process with the service requests when appropriate
  • Leasing with other teams and referring other queries when processing
  • Help support and work in company projects
  • Providing cover within the team and supporting colleagues in the delivery of the groups policies and procedures and operational plan
