Search Consultancy is currently working with their Fife based client to recruit a number of experienced Customer Service Advisor's to join there growing team in Dunfermline.
Working in a busy and challenging environment you will liaise with customers, clients and service providers ensuring a high level of service. Your key duties will include:
Manage inbound calls from customers efficiently on varied queries
Take ownership and find solutions to customer queries wherever possible
Keep customer informed fully during process
Liaise with other departments as required to minimise any service failures throughout the business in order to improve the overall service and reduce complaints
Take part in team meetings to share learning and improve processes
Perform other tasks as required by management
To be suitable for this busy, challenging and exciting role you must have the following key skills, attributes and experience;
Ideally previous customer service experience in a call centre environment
Strong objection handling and problem solving skills
Ability to take ownership, gather facts and provide solutions where possible
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
The drive to take on more responsibilities and further development
Please note that this role is a full-time job working 40 hrs a week on a shift basis (between Mon - Sun between 6am to 10pm. You will be told your shift patterns in advance.
