Customer Service Advisor
My client is a well respected non for profit company operating in the Healthcare sector who have a reputation for staff development and respect.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Advisors to join their membership team. You will be responsible for taking a high volume of inbound calls from the company's members with a range of different queries.

As a customer Service Advisor you will work Monday to Friday on one of the following shifts - 10am to 6pm, 11am to 7pm or 12pm to 8pm. Please note the shifts are set and do not rotate!
To be successful in this role you will need to commit to a 6 week training induction starting on the 13th May 2019 and be able to pass a credit check and DBS check.
