    At £8.93 per hour, it's competitive and you'll get 28 days holiday as well.

    Role details:

    First and foremost, your customers will be important to you and you'll be confident in speaking to them over the phone. It's a busy contact centre and the calls can be challenging, but it's a great way to improve your customer service skills and boost your confidence. It's really satisfying when you're able to turn a tricky situation into a positive end result for a customer.
    Calls may surround customers with issues placing orders online and your job would be to take them through the process and place the order for them.

    Shifts: You need to be flexible & work shifts between 8am-9pm, Monday to Sunday (normally working just 5 days a week).

    What you'll need as a Customer Service Representative is:

    Ideally you'll have previous telephone based customer service experience, but if you've worked in retail or hospitality, or in any customer-facing job.

    What's important is that you have customer service super powers; being able to talk to customers, take ownership of situations and get a kick out of delivering an exceptional service.
