I am currently recruiting for a role based in superb offices, with excellent facilities including an on site coffee shop and discounted restaurant, within a bustling market town with frequent rail links as well as parking within walking distance of the offices. The job is working in a vibrant, friendly and social team of like minded people and would initially be working on a temporary basis for three months.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:

* Dealing with a diverse range of people on a daily basis
* Dealing with Account Lockouts during the maturity period
* Answering generic queries in relation to savings accounts
* Building and maintaining a good relationship with all the customers

Hours (Rotating):

* Monday - Thursday (between 8am - 8pm)
* Friday (between 8am - 5:30pm)
* Saturday (9am - 12pm/ 1 in 3)

* The ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Be flexible and adaptable in your approach
* Be able to prioritise workload in order to meet and exceed targets
