Fully Flexible shift pattern following this-35.83 hours per week

Shifts will fall between - working a Monday - Friday between 8am - 8pm, Saturday 8.30am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm.

Training - 17 days, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Start Dates - 14th March and 4th April 2019

Hourly Rate - £8.75 ph

Within the role you'll support customers with a range of enquiries regarding their car insurance policy, ensuring answers are always delivered and resolutions found, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Answering inbound queries from customer regarding their car insurance and promoting additional features and extras
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the call
Working on a dual screen in a highly scripted and compliant environment
Building rapport with customers using excellent questioning and listening skills
