The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have great communication skills and most importantly have a real passion for customer service and will strive to do better.

The Role

You will be handling incoming calls existing and potential customers to advise them in respect of their insurance delivering exceptional customer service at all times being customer focused solving any problems or queries

Key duties and responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming calls from existing and potential customers.
* Deliver an exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
* Accurately process data making sure an accurate record is kept on the system Maintain knowledge of the products and services.

Skills and experience required:

* Energy and drive with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Inbound call centre experience is desirable
* Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.
* Computer literate with strong IT skills
* Ability to work under pressure

Hours 37.5 per week with 3 shifts (8:00 - 16:30, 9:00 - 17:30 & 9:30 - 18:00) - Mon-Fri
