Monday - Friday hours between 9am - 5pm. NO WEEKENDS!

What the role will entail:

Working for a reputable Insurance company, supporting customer enquiries through telephone calls and emails, ensuring each customer has a great experience whether it's the first call of the day or the last

If you have previous Customer Service experience ideally gained within a phone based role, however not crucial then please apply now!
