We are looking for strong Customer Service Advisors who are looking for a new and exciting challenge, representing a leading household retailer! You will be focusing on taking inbound calls, answering a range of customer queries!

What will you be doing?
* Taking inbound calls from customers
* Resolving a range of queries and complaints
* Ensuring you are working to KPI's
* Quickly and accurately resolving issues
