£20,500 - £22,500 per annum, full time, 33days annual leave, 6 weeks training

Recognised as the best in the industry for customer satisfaction, this business is looking for experienced contact centre staff to drive their mission forward.

Dealing with both commercial and residential customers, you will be the first point of contact and the voice of the business.

There's absolutely no sales involved here but you do need the ability to investigate queries and be able to think on your feet - this is not a role where you can rely on a script, we are looking for people who will be pro-active in their approach and take full ownership of every call.

Monday - Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays 37.5hrs per week.


  • Inbound customer service
  • Problem solving
  • Ensuring you respond to emergency situations in the appropriate manner
  • Updating systems
  • Taking payments and sending confirmation reports out via email where required
  • Adhering to strict data protection regulation
  • Email work where required, potential to move to live chat work also

Working shifts between 8am - 8pm, however you will maximum work 7.5hrs per day unless you choose to work overtime. Hours between 6-8pm and Saturdays come with shift allowance as well as an increased pay rate!

The shifts are steady and the same all week, meaning you won't have to worry about moving from a late to an early in the same week.

The successful candidate will have worked in a customer service role previously, office or call centre based and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
