Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £19,185 - £24,530 + upto £600 per month Bonus
Location: Salford, Manchester
Working Hours: Monday- Friday + 1 in 3 Saturday's

Do you have experience in Customer Service or Collections?

The Role:

Handling inbound and outbound calls to achieve maximum collection performance. Ensuring vulnerable customers are put on the appropriate payment plans whilst adhering to legislation and company policies.

No previous experience of working in Collections or financial services is necessary you just need to be a great communicator, with good attention to detail, we can give you the rest!
