I'm hiring for customer service advisors based in Leeds! As a customer service advisor you will be:

* Handling both inbound and outbound calls from customers
* Helping customers find solution which is unique to them
* Communicating with customers via various channels, e.g. email and live chat
* Working towards KPI's
* Setting up payment plans
* Handling calls of a potentially sensitive nature

What am I looking for?

* Previous experience in a collections/debt management role
* Great telephone manner
* The ability to show empathy to customers
* Experience dealing with vulnerable customers
