Hours: The department operates between the hours of 9am and 7pm - 35 Hours per week.

Monday - Friday with one Sat every 4- 5 weeks 09.00 - 14.00
Full time - 35 Hours

We are now recruiting for Remote Customer Service advisors

The Role

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Ensure all customers related data is recorded in an accurate manner.
* Utilise the in-house queuing system to monitor and/or resolve all problems
* Liaise with all customers, branches and other entities of the business
* Answer all incoming calls

Skills & Experience:

* Maths & English A to C or equivalent.
* Computer Literate
* Excellent customer service Customer service skills
